二極管是最簡單的半導體器件,也是大多數電子產品BOM清單中的基礎元器件之一。雖然購買二極管之前,用戶已經知道這些二極管的具體用法,閱讀廠商提供的二極管數據表,可以了解更多的二極管參數和應用信息,讓自己的設計方案更完美。
但是,目前市場上的半導體器件,無論是集成電路芯片,還是二極管、三極管、MOS管,廠家所提供的數據表(datasheet)全部是英文。以下列出了一些常見的二極管參數,依次為參數、英文說明、中文說明:

BZT52C18穩壓二極管為例,該通用的中等電流貼片二極管采用SOD-123封裝,最大功耗(PD)為350mW,導通電壓(VF@IF=10mA)為0.9V,熱阻(ROJA)為357°C/W,結溫(TJ)為150°C,存儲溫度(TSTG)為-55~+150°C,其他參數用戶可以從數據表中的圖表及特性曲線查找。
